2021 was a year of new developments related to Covid. For many of our clients, working from home was possible and often even desired. Therefore, they spent more time in Ibiza and fulfilled their desire to own a home in 2021. Our audience remains international and mixed. Prices are stable to rising. In the luxury segment, the increase can be described as above average.
As can be concluded from the development, Ibiza is becoming more and more popular and the demand is increasing from year to year. In the low season, more and more people come to the island to enjoy the positive energy and carefree life on Ibiza. The trend is for the season to be extended.
