Your main tasks

• Responsible management of the sales
• Support, motivation and coaching of employees
• Acquisition and sale of real estate properties
• Customer care
• Expansion and maintenance of the contact network
• Developing a deep understanding of the local property market, its products and services offered
• Preparation of market analyses and property presentations

Your profil

• Good command of written and spoken Spanish, English and German
• Advanced IT skills
• Proven sales experience in the property industry and experience in team leadership
• Goal-oriented entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Excellent intercultural and social skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
