Your tasks

- Handling and control of marketing activities, newsletter, blog and social media

- Planning, design and proofreading of catalogues and various print advertisements

- Writing of marketing texts in Spanish, English and German

- Coordination with photographers

- Coordination of print jobs

- Preparation and production of sales and office materials - Obtaining quotations for services and handling them with external providers

- Evaluation and assessment of various online marketing activities such as Google Ads and Analytics

- Report and direct support to Marketing Manager

Your profile

- Several years of professional marketing experience, both offline and online

- Good abilities and demonstrable experience in texting

- Experience in catalogue design and production

- Profound experience and knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

- Good MS Office skills

- Very good knowledge of English and Spanish, German would be an advantage

- Very good organisational and communication skills

- Responsibility and reliability

- Ability to work under pressure and commitment

- Ideally you already live on Ibiza and have a good knowledge of the island

- Strong communication and organisational skills
