Your responsibilities
· Support of the Marketing Manager and the team in the daily work
· Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn)
· Assistance for the production of sales and marketing material
· Support by the analysis of online marketing activities
· Involvement in preparation of sales brochure Finest Real Estate
· Support of print advertisements in print media and flyers for neighborhood mailings
· Support with the online marketing activities for the landing page and the holiday
rental homepage
· Social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok Twitter and LinkedIn

- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English, further language skills would be an advantage 
- Sales experience in the field of real estate 
- Affinity and enthusiasm for real estate
- Experienced handling of MS-Office
- Good manners, a confident, friendly manner and high service orientation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, independent and structured way of working
- High level of commitment and team orientation
- Hands-on mentality and initiative
- Goal-oriented work and negotiating skills
