This elegant Ibiza finca is located very close to the village of San José. It was renovated in the year 2014 with taste and intelligence. The interior designer gave the property a facelift, taking advantage of the already existing features of the smart traditional architecture. The spirit of the ancient house was preserved, busting the comfort and harmony of shapes that Ibizans always infused to their rural homes. We find here a house that invites guests to feel at home. The finca asks to be explored, to find their favorite corners where they will experience the peace, relaxation, and happiness of the Ibizan summer.
Set on top of a large land plot, surrounded by pine tree forests and lush Mediterranean gardens, the house faces South, providing long hours of sun and a pleasant summer breeze. Its 5 double rooms are all different and located in different areas of the house, helping to preserve intimacy and tranquility. Large internal and external dining tables are found in the living areas of the property. Lots of sofas, coaches, and sun loungers are set all around the house. A comfortable TV room and an inside/outside hi-fi system are found in the main house. The kitchen is spacious and offers all the advantages of modern and new appliances. There are also some extra fridges and coolers available in the laundry room. The pool, located in front of the main living areas, faces the San José Valley with views down to the sea. There is also a tennis court a few steps from the main house and several parking areas with space for several cars too.

Area
The property is located on top of the road from Ibiza town to San José. You will get to San José in just a couple of minutes by car, finding many services, supermarkets, and restaurants. From here it just takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to the airport or Ibiza town. And little more to get to the beautiful beaches and coves of the island south and southwest.
