This beautiful house is located on km 2 area of San Jose road, 4 min drive up the hill. Close to this same road you find multiple options in form of grocery stores, supermarkets, fine wines and liquors stores, fresh local fish and farming shops, etc. Nearest beach is 10 minutes away while Ibiza town or San Jose village are just a 10 to 15 minutes drive.
Ibiza’s port and Marina Botafoch is 10 to 15 minutes away while the airport is just a 10 minutes drive from the house.
