We find this impressive Finca, designed by the prestigious Blakstad Design Studio, very close to the village of San Lorenzo, in the heart of the island. It is a perfect example of the unique local housing tradition, updated and modernized to meet the high luxury standards these famous architects imprint on all their projects. The interiors have been planned and decorated by a prestigious Spanish interior designer while the 27,000 m2 of the plot and gardens were conceived by a local designer with native plants and trees.

The small village of Sant Llorenç de Balàfia, also known as San Lorenzo, is located in the northeast of the island of Ibiza. Few towns in Ibiza retain their charm like this small town.
Sant Llorenç is a small town made up of four houses around a beautiful white church, typical of the architecture of the north of the island of Ibiza. Its wonderful location in a rural environment seems to preserve this settlement as it was a century ago.
From San Lorenzo it will take us less than 20 minutes to get to Ibiza town and its port. The airport is just a 25 minutes drive away.
