This luxurious family villa, refurbished in 2014, is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Ibiza. The residential area of Porroig is home to some of the top villas you can find on the island. Its peninsula is surrounded by the sea and some of the most demanded holiday spots on the Mediterranean Sea, such as Cala Jondal and Es Cubells Bay. It is a quiet and elegant neighborhood with easy access to the mooring points in Cala Jondal or in the same Porroig Bay, just 1 min. drive from the villa. The property includes its mooring point in the area with the price of the rental.
The house breathes a comfortable and family-oriented atmosphere. Apart from the 6 comfortable rooms, we find intimate and elegant terraced gardens surrounding the house. In there all the amenities are located for all the members of the group, including the youngest of the house. It is a haven where guests will feel safe and relaxed, a place to disconnect from the frantic Ibizan summer happening all around the island.

Area
The villa is located in the Porroig peninsula, in the middle of a safe, quiet, and exclusive neighborhood. The beaches of Cala Jondal and its renowned beach clubs are just a 5 minutes drive away. We find very close to some of the best seafood restaurants in Ibiza. From the house, it will take us just 15 minutes to get to the airport and the closest supermarkets. The town of Ibiza and the village of San José are also 15 to 20 minutes away by car.
