The villa’s stately exterior hides cool, contemporary interiors. A gallery-like entry hall welcomes guests with polished white walls and colorful decorations. A few steps lead to a comfortable library, where a sectional invites you to sit around the fireplace and bookshelves, and a large living room facing the patio, pool and ocean, where turquoise sofas and graphic rugs merge with the color of the distant Mediterranean sea. The formal dining area has stunning panoramic views, and a more casual breakfast area delights with funny red stools. The sleek fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need from an ice maker to a deep fryer.
There are three bedrooms in the main house and four in the guest area, at the lower level of he house; all have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and stunning views. In the main house, the master suite has a king bed and private terrace, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. In the guest house, each of the four bedrooms has a double bed.

Area
The villa is located on the road from Ibiza town to San José village. If you’re flying to Ibiza, count on a 5 km drive from the airport to the villa. It takes just a 5-minute drive to get to the hotspots of Playa den Bossa, a 10-minute drive to cala Jondal or Sa Caleta beaches, clubs and restaurants, a 3 km drive to the shopping and nightlife in the town of Ibiza, and a 20-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the west coast of Ibiza, with its numerous attractions.
