We find this wonderful Blakstad finca in one of the best preserved areas of Ibiza, between San Lorenzo and Santa Gertrudis villages. It is one of the best examples of genuine modern local architecture surrounded by gorgeous Mediterranean gardens and forests.
The main house surrounds the pool, embracing the shade of the pergolas covering its large dining areas and the access to the 3 main double bedrooms. At the center of the building we find the main living room, with open plan kitchen and a small TV room. From here we can access the master bedroom with its spacious bathroom and unique open air shower.
Below the pool level, down the stone stairway we find a large bbq and chill out area. At its side, we also find a play area and the door to the guests’ apartment. It offers a complete living room with open kitchen and two double bedrooms sharing a complete bathroom with bathtub.
Around the large grounds the property offers different top facilities such a large yoga tent, a large sauna building for up to 14 users, a fruit and vegetable garden sorted with multiple seasonal products, the staff rooms and several kids corners with trampoline, swings, slides, etc.

Area
The villages of San Lorenzo and Santa Gertrudis are the preferred destination of families and groups seeking a more relaxed and family oriented holidays. While we find a wide variety of services and tourist attractions in their centres, the surrounding area offers an unspoilt panorama of green pine tree forests and farmlands. It is a very central location where it is easy to plan day trips to the different spots of the whole island.
From the house it will take us just a 5 minutes drive to get to both villages, about 15 minutes to get to Ibiza town and 10 minutes more to the airport.
