  • Good locations: In 2024, houses in good locations sold for an average of €2,000,000 to €3,500,000, whereas previously the maximum price achieved was €3,000,000.
  • Average locations: Here, too, there was a positive trend, with prices in 2024 ranging from €1,200,000 to €2,000,000, compared with a range of €900,000 to €1,900,000 in 2023.

  • Exclusive locations: Apartments here have a minimum value of approximately €1,600,000

In addition, the future security of the Ibiza property market is confirmed by transaction figures, with 1,584 residential property sales recorded in 2024 – representing an increase of 73% over a five-year period. At the same time, average sales prices rose by 33% over this period, clearly underlining the market's continued profitability.
